Air freight transportation
Ocean freight shipping
Road transport services

Customs clearance assistance
Cargo tracking and monitoring

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for shipping
Ensure all cargo is properly packaged and labeled
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide necessary documentation for customs clearance
Pay all applicable fees and charges in a timely manner
Inspect cargo upon receipt and report damages promptly

Prohibited Items

You may not ship the following items through our services:

Illegal substances and controlled materials
Hazardous materials without proper documentation
Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
Live animals (unless specifically arranged)
Perishable items without proper arrangements
Counterfeit goods and pirated materials
Any items prohibited by local, national, or international law

Pricing and Payment

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, currency fluctuations, and other market factors.

Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to shipment unless credit terms are established
We accept various payment methods as specified on our website
Late payments may incur interest charges

Limitation of Liability

General Limitation

Our liability for any loss, damage, or delay to cargo is limited as follows:

Air freight: Limited to $22 per kilogram unless higher value is declared
Ocean freight: Limited to $500 per package unless higher value is declared
Road transport: Limited to $2 per pound unless higher value is declared

Exclusions

We are not liable for:

Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
Loss of profit or business opportunities
Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or force majeure
Acts of government authorities or customs officials
Inherent defects in the cargo
Improper packaging by the customer

Insurance

Optional cargo insurance is available at additional cost. Without purchased insurance, shipments are covered only by standard carrier liability limits. Claims for insured cargo must be filed within the time limits specified in the insurance policy.

Claims and Disputes

Filing Claims

All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be:

Submitted in writing within 21 days of delivery
Supported by appropriate documentation
Include original shipping documents

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

Negotiation between parties
Mediation if negotiation fails
Arbitration under applicable laws

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Termination
